Booking Links
Create shareable links that let customers self-schedule appointments
What Booking Links Do
A booking link is a public scheduling page at /book/your-slug where customers pick an available time and book without back-and-forth messaging. Manage them on the Booking links page (the default tab; the second tab holds Smart Links).
The page opens with stat cards — total links, active links, total bookings, and average per link — above the link table.
Create a Booking Link
Create the link
Click Create Link and choose a name and a URL slug — the slug becomes the public address, /book/your-slug.
Configure availability
Open the link’s edit page to control when customers can book and how the booking behaves.
Preview and share
Use Preview or Open Public Page from the row menu to see the customer experience, then Copy Link and share it — in AI replies, SMS, email signatures, or your website.
The Customer Experience
- Customers pick a slot on the public page and receive a confirmation
- A manage-booking page lets customers reschedule or cancel on their own
- Deposits are not collected yet: customer payments are currently switched off, so bookings are confirmed without one
- Bookings land on Schedule and link to the customer’s lead
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Likely Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Public page says booking unavailable | Link deactivated or deleted | Check the link status on the Booking links page |
| Link shows no available slots | Availability exhausted or window too narrow | Widen availability on the link’s edit page |
| Customer booked but no appointment appears | Wrong calendar view or filters | Check Schedule in Agenda view with filters cleared |
| Confirmation not received by customer | Channel misconfigured | Verify SMS/email status in Settings › Channels |
