The Advanced Hub

Advanced (in the Account sidebar group) is a hub of power-user tools: Webhooks, Scheduled reports, Customer portal, and Industry configuration. Admins also see a shortcut to the Audit log.

Webhooks

Webhooks push IntakeNexus events to your own systems in real time. Each endpoint shows its status, URL, event subscriptions, delivery count with success rate, and last delivery, plus an active toggle.

1

Create an endpoint

Click Create Webhook, name it, enter your HTTPS URL, and pick the events to subscribe to.

2

Verify deliveries

Open the endpoint to see its delivery history — each attempt with its result. A falling success rate means your receiver is failing.

3

Pause when needed

Use the active toggle to stop deliveries without deleting the configuration.

Scheduled Reports

Scheduled reports email recurring performance summaries to recipients you choose. The page shows stat cards (total and active reports, recipients, report types) and a schedule table where you create, edit, and manage each report.

Customer Portal

The customer portal is a self-service site for your customers, hosted on its own domain. From the settings page you enable it, copy or preview the portal URL, and configure five tabs:

TabWhat It Controls
BrandingHow the portal looks for your customers
FeaturesWhat customers can do: view and reschedule appointments, view and accept quotes, payments, service history, request service, upload documents, live chat
NotificationsWhat the portal emails customers about
DomainA custom domain with DNS verification, plus support contacts and terms/privacy URLs
SecuritySession timeout, email/phone verification, remember-device, and session limits

Industry Configuration

The Industry page tunes how your vertical behaves: terminology, which customer and job fields are required, optional, or hidden, and custom fields. Multi-trade businesses manage their additional trades here too.
