Subscription & Billing
Plan, usage meters, invoices, and billing alerts
On this page
Billing Page Overview
Billing has five tabs. Overview shows your current plan, status, billing period end and payment method — plus Manage Billing, which opens the Stripe portal (enterprise accounts are directed to their account manager instead). During a free trial, Overview shows a trial card instead: the days left and the end date, what happens when the trial ends, the trial allowance used so far, and the button that keeps your plan.
Usage Meters
The Usage tab shows per-metric meters — SMS messages, voice minutes, and AI conversations — against your plan allowance, with warnings as you approach or pass a limit. How usage past an allowance is handled on your plan is shown on the pricing page and in the warnings on this tab.
Plan Tiers at a Glance
| Plan | Typical Scope | Good Fit |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | After-hours and overflow answering with in-call booking and missed-call text-back | Solo operators and small shops |
| Pro | Higher limits plus follow-up workflows, calendar sync, call summaries, and integrations | Growing teams scaling lead volume |
| Business | Three times the Pro volume with advanced analytics and priority support | Busy, multi-line operations outgrowing Pro |
| Enterprise | Custom volume, multi-location support, custom integrations, and priority support (SLA available on request) | Multi-location operations |
Changing Plans
Review usage before changing
Check the Usage tab so the new plan’s allowances cover your real volume.
Switch on the Plans tab
Plan cards show prices and feature deltas. Switching runs through Stripe checkout; Enterprise is contact-sales.
Validate feature visibility
After a change, verify gated areas (Phone, Team activity) appear as expected. Reviews is not tied to a plan — it is enabled per business on request.
Invoices and Alerts
The Invoices tab lists your subscription invoice history with receipt links. The Alerts tab lets you set billing-alert thresholds so you hear about unusual spend before the invoice does. (Invoices you send to your own customers are separate — see Creating & Managing Invoices.)
Trial Extensions and A2P
A2P 10DLC registration for SMS does not pause your trial. If carrier review is still running after 10 days, 7 days are added to your trial; once registration is approved, the trial is topped up so at least 7 days remain — at most 21 extra days in total. Your AI receptionist still stops answering when the extended trial ends. The Overview tab shows a trial-protection banner while this applies.
