Invoice Overview

Invoices lets you create, send, and track payment documents for your customers. The table shows each invoice’s number, customer, status, amount, how much has been paid, the outstanding balance, and date — filterable by status with pagination for large lists.

Create an Invoice

1

Start from Invoices

Click Create Invoice, link a customer (an existing lead or manual details), and the invoice opens on its detail page.

2

Add line items

Enter services, quantities, rates, and any applicable discounts or taxes. Pull pricing from your service catalog to stay consistent with quotes.

3

Set terms and due date

Choose payment terms and confirm the due date.

4

Send or save as draft

Send to the customer, or keep it in Draft for review.
