KPIs vs Analytics
The Overview report shows funnel and channel behavior. Reports > KPIs shows operational health — response speed, booking rate, revenue, and team output — with period controls for Today, Week, Month, or Quarter and an optional year-over-year comparison.
What Is on the Page
- Key metrics grid with your headline operational numbers, plus a secondary metrics row
- Revenue and job charts across the selected period
- Technician leaderboard — output per team member
- Vertical leaderboard — performance per trade, if you run multiple
- A detailed metrics table for line-by-line review
- CSV export for spreadsheets and reporting
Labels adapt to your industry — a plumbing business and a med spa see terminology that matches their vertical.
Working the Numbers
1
Pick the period
Choose Today, Week, Month, or Quarter. Enable year-over-year to separate growth from seasonality.
2
Scan for regressions
Trend indicators show direction against the comparison period. Investigate regressions before celebrating improvements.
3
Focus on one or two KPIs per cycle
Review KPIs weekly in team standups and pick a single lever — response time and booking rate are usually the highest-yield.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Likely Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| KPIs show zero or no data | Selected period has no activity | Expand the period |
| Revenue per lead looks wrong | Invoices or quotes not linked to leads | Verify lead-to-invoice linking in recent transactions |
| Year-over-year comparison is missing | Not enough historical data | Comparisons appear once a full prior period exists |
