The sidebar is organized into five areas: your daily work at the top, then AI Receptionist as a single row, then collapsible groups for Channels, Insights, and Account. Collapse it with Ctrl+[ and every group stays one hover away as a flyout; on a phone a bottom bar carries Home, Inbox, Leads and Schedule, and More opens the full menu. This article is a map of all of them.

  • Today and This month — headline stats compared to the prior period
  • Live activity — recent leads; click one to open the lead detail drawer
  • Pipeline rail — lead counts per stage at a glance
  • Quick navigation — tiles that jump to the major sections

Keyboard Shortcuts

Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) anywhere to open the command palette: jump to any page or straight to a single setting (try typing "transfer"), search leads, messages and help, or switch the theme. Type g and then a letter to jump — g i Inbox, g n Needs attention, g l Leads, g s Schedule, g a AI Receptionist, g , Settings — and ? shows the full list. On the Leads page, / jumps to search, j/k or the arrow keys move through rows, and Enter opens a lead.
