Auto-sync
Every 15 minutes once a platform is connected

Reviews aggregates your public reviews in one place: overall rating with trend, a breakdown by platform, rating distribution, and alerts when negative reviews are waiting for a response. Stat cards track pending responses, your response rate, average response time, and reviews this period. Sync All pulls the latest from every connected platform.

Connect Your Platforms

1

Open the Platforms page

From the Reviews overview, choose Manage Platforms. Each platform has its own card showing whether it is connected, the last and next sync, and how many reviews have been imported.

2

Connect Google and Facebook

Click Connect Google or Connect Facebook. You are sent to the provider to sign in and grant access, then returned to the Platforms page with the connection confirmed.

3

Save your Google Place ID

Google reviews are imported for one listing, so paste its Google Place ID on the Google card. The card links to Google’s Place ID finder — search for your business there and copy the ID it shows.

4

Let auto-sync run, or sync now

Auto-sync checks every 15 minutes and pulls new reviews on the interval you pick per platform. Sync now pulls immediately, Test connection confirms the provider still accepts the connection, and Disconnect removes it (imported reviews stay).

Responding to Reviews

The reviews list is filterable by search text, platform, star rating, response state (needs response / has response), and flagged status — filters live in the URL so you can bookmark a working view. Open a review to write a response yourself or generate an AI draft, edit it, submit it for approval, approve it, and publish it to the platform — every version is kept. You can also flag reviews that need special handling.
