Analytics Overview

Reports shows acquisition, response speed, and conversion. Pick a date range (today, 7, 30, 90, or 365 days) and every number is compared against the prior period, with deltas on the headline cards: Total Leads, Qualified, Conversion Rate, and Average Response Time. A Highlights strip calls out your best channel, peak intake day, and top loss reason. The page-local nav switches between Overview and KPIs.

The Charts

ChartWhat It Tells You
Lead FunnelWhere leads drop out between stages
Leads Over TimeVolume trend across the selected period
Channel PerformanceWhich channels produce volume and quality
Score DistributionsHow your leads spread across intent, fit, and urgency scores
Lost & Spam AnalysisWhy leads are lost and how much traffic is junk
Response Time DistributionHow fast first replies actually go out

How to Read Funnel Drop-Off

  1. Find the stage with the biggest percentage drop
  2. Inspect recent conversations at that stage for repeated objections
  3. Adjust the knowledge pack, automation rules, or follow-up behavior
  4. Re-check the same funnel segment after one week

Channel Performance Review

Compare quality by channel — qualification rate, response speed, and completion rate — not just volume.

Troubleshooting Data Confidence

SymptomLikely ReasonAction
Metric looks unexpectedly lowDate range too narrowExpand the date range before concluding a trend
High lead count but poor conversionLow-fit traffic source or slow responseAudit the channel mix and response workflow
Numbers polluted by test trafficDemo or spam leads in the pipelinePurge demo data from Leads and mark junk as Spam — spam is excluded from metrics
