The Leads Page

Leads is your pipeline. On desktop you can switch between a table view and a kanban board grouped by stage; on mobile it becomes a card list. Filters live in the URL, so you can bookmark or share any filtered view with a teammate.

  • Search (/ shortcut), state filter, channel filter, and an unread-only toggle
  • Advanced filters: created before/after, minimum priority, has-quote
  • Sort by score, date, name, amount, or priority; page size 10/20/50
  • Select multiple rows to use batch actions
  • Press ? for the full keyboard shortcut list

How Scoring Works

Each lead scores 0–100 on intent, fit, and urgency so your team can prioritize high-likelihood jobs.

ComponentWeightInterpretation
Intent40%How strongly the customer language indicates real purchase intent
Fit30%How closely the request matches your services and area
Urgency30%How time-sensitive the problem appears

Pipeline Stages

  1. New — first inbound contact captured
  2. Qualifying — information gathering in progress
  3. Qualified — enough detail to quote or schedule
  4. Contacted — outreach made, awaiting customer response
  5. Quoted — pricing shared with customer
  6. Scheduled — appointment booked
  7. Completed — work finished
  8. Lost — did not convert
  9. Spam — junk or non-customer traffic, excluded from metrics

The Lead Detail Drawer

Opening a lead (from Leads, Inbox, or the home page) shows a drawer with a stage transition bar (advance the stage, or Mark Lost / Mark Spam) and three tabs:

TabWhat It Contains
ConversationThe message thread with reply composer and AI draft generation
DetailsCustomer info, quote, tags, scoring breakdown, and extracted data
ActivityThe full state-change timeline

The drawer also shows an AI insight card: recommended next action, the optimal hour to make contact, win probability, and predicted deal value.

Auto-Advance vs Manual Control

AI auto-advances stages when signals are clear. Use the kanban board’s drag-and-drop or the drawer’s stage bar to correct the stage at any time.
